I hate to see the price, with the Japanese construction, torzites, etc.; but I can't wait to see this bad boy. Is it ICAST yet?

can definitely see a cross wrap style blank in the bottom left of the image.
ICAST will be very nice this year

Probably will be north of $500 (as alluded to previously by the 13Fishing guys). I'm more than a little interested in this line of rods. (Also the US Warranty for it). If it has a strong warranty and fishes and handles as one would expect (Megabass/Evergreen performance) This could very well be the enthusiast rod to own.

Any japanese made rod with torzite guides will likely be in that price range. It's a high end/flagship rod. Fair pricing imo.
For contrast- The new Abu fantasias are $500 and have alconite guides

I'm definitely interested in the archangel, especially seeing that pic with the full grip handle.
