You're right. I was posting late at night and got the crucial confused with the cumara.

Just ordered 7' M crankbait from tacklewharehouse . Everything looks great on these rods, just hope the blank is special as they claim. Kinda hard to believe they are 28% lighter than previous blanks. Can't wait !

I don't really care about the light weight as much as I do about the balance. Hoping these rods are decently balanced, especially the rods over 7'.

I wonder what the reel seat looks like. On TW, they only show it from the top angle.

That 7'11 heavy swimbait rod seems like it might be a great budget buy/backup rod.

Looks like the Gen 1 Cumara/Cumulus skeleton reel seat.

So they went from having one of the best warranty into one of the worst?

Unless, this has the sensitivity, balance, build quality of a $300 rod, who would actually buy this with a 1 year warranty?

Personally I could care less. People have complained about Kistler for years, but if it's a Shimano I guess it's alright

I'm interested in them. Like a previous poster I hope they fixed the balance. If it's balanced I will end up getting one and throw an Curado E7 on it :D

balance is def key for me as well...i'm not worried bout components as much since shimano can ill afford to screw this one up though i could be wrong

Not much buzz about these Crucials. Nothing from TT ICAST coverage. And nothing on Shimano, TT or other facebook pages. Hmmm...

the rod probably broke during the testing and they're most likely having problems submitting their warranty claims under the new guidelines

What's up with the skeleton reel seat on the spinning models? I've read that these are uncomfortable to fish from people who own the red Cumaras. True?
