what rod for fuego 2000a?

okay... i know a pretty good handful of guys here have already bought the reel, now what rod is everyone gonna pair it up with? what will balance nice with a 1500/2000 fuego reel? any suggestions?

i got a 2000 when they first went on sale in december, have only had it out twice, but it has performed great... this morning it was about 30 degrees with a nice breeze and it handled the cold with no problems (i have had issues with a couple reels in the cold), anyways i digress..

i havent decided what rod it will be on permanently yet, but it will be one of 2, both st croix legend tournaments, a TWS70MHM or a LTBS69MLXF, it balances pertty well on both. ill just have to play around with them this spring/summer to figure it out!

Mine sits on a BCR852 GLX and I could not be happier.

I throw weightless Senko's and Soft Jerkbaits over moderate grass and love it. Works well for shakey heads and meets my drop shotting needs.

i was thinking a fuego rod 6'9" medium light myself... but the new quantum exo spinning rods looks like a winner too!
