I have had over 20 in the boat but got it down to 16. I try to sell something before I buy something these days. I had too many rods that didn't get much use. I could probably fish comfortably with a 12 to 14 rods but have a couple I can't bear to part with.

Mine are a work in progress. I have more reels than rods so some reels haven't been used yet. Last winter I picked up 8 rods and 3 more reels. So far this winter, 4 rods and 2 reels. Winter time is hard on my checking account. :laugh1:

EDIT: Just counted casting reels and casting rods. Am almost caught up. Two more rods, and I will have equal numbers of both.........for awhile!

Figured I would post in this thread again. I love how each year we decide to sell more, buy more, trade this for that etc. New reels and we try and find more deals on old ones. I am never 100% happy. I am fishing with 9 setups in 2015 and have my eyes on 3 more but we can't fund that until next fall. I want to fish more this summer rather than have more to fish with. A good 3 week trip I am hoping for come this August.

Well see how she goes, get posting guys lets see what ya got!
