I acquired an Early Dobyns 795ML Swimbait rod - which (iirc) lists its intended use as 4"-8" swimbaits. However, I'm much happier with an idea of the intended lure-weight casting range.
Anyone?

It's listed as 1-5 oz per the TW website. I don't think that rod changed dramatically from Gen1 to 2.
