Just weighed one at 3.7 oz. The Tackle Trap has a VERY nice "call in" deal on this, and a few other Zodias models right now...

so, wait...just to be clear, you're saying that the 7'7" tatula glass medium-regular (TAT771MRB-G) weighs 5.5 ounces?

Powell 3D 795 CF- 5 to 5.2oz. Rod is so long the way I set it on the scale seemed to make readings vary. Rod balances 1.25 inches from the lock nut with a 6.5oz reel. Very light rod given the power of the rod
