Good at guessing bass weight?

Post by Polkfish1 » Thu Jun 04, 2020 4:50 pm

I saw this link on Bassfan. I always thought I was pretty good at guessing weight, but I flunked this test. I was 2.8 lbs off on average. How good are you?

Dear Lord! I hit the last one on the dot to bring up my score, but I really stunk up a couple. A pound or so off; don’t need to bring bogas with you around.

I was 6 pound off on one fish, I think the 4th one. I guessed 16, it was 10. Other than that, pretty spot on. With that said, I never, ever have weighed a fish on a scale in my life. Go figure.

I got less than 1.5lb, around 1.42, didn’t printscreen it though.

I missed “Bass God” by .1. The first fish threw me off big time. I was off by 2 lbs on another fish but the rest were really close. Fun but all that and a buck fifty would get me a cup of non premium coffee!

I’m glad it provided some fun. I was hoping I wouldn’t be the only one to suck at it. Goods news I guess is I was way light on all my misses. On the bright side, maybe I’m catching better fish than I realize sometimes :-k ;)
