How to post for sale??
How to post for sale??
How do I post a rod for sale? I can’t find any way to do it in the classifieds section.

You need to have 100 posts on the forum to be able to create a post in the Classifieds.Carylab wrote:How do I post a rod for sale? I can’t find any way to do it in the classifieds section.
Feel free to participate in the many threads on the site. You will hit 100 posts before you know it, all while learning about all things fishing.
Hope we can help you with whatever you need.

Just make sure they are halfway meaningful posts spread out over a reasonable amt of time.

First off, welcome to the forum. John is correct-we are a tight-knit group here and post runs are frowned upon. Your account is subject to being suspended if this is observed. This is to protect the forum from scammers and dishonest people. Stick around, there is much to be learned and observed.Fishing4Fun wrote:Just make sure they are halfway meaningful posts spread out over a reasonable amt of time.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Hit the gas pedal! I am sure you are good. It is the yahoos that show up on a Monday and by Friday they have 50 posts or more.nctrucker wrote:Fishing4Fun wrote:Just make sure they are halfway meaningful posts spread out over a reasonable amt of time.

I am at 88 posts in 13 years. You are way ahead of me. I've got 20 years and 1,400 posts on a smallmouth forum where I spend most of my time. I like the classified guidelines here. Seems to work well. I actually didn't know about it until last week until wanting to post a WTB on a Megabass rod. No worries. Great site.

I'm a little short of 2 years and have done a ton of reading. A while back I decided I needed to contribute more. So I have become more active. Still a few post short of the 100 number.
