I heard the Bass Rise will be coming to the US. The neat thing about these reels are the 12.6 gram spool, mag braking and low price. You get them for $44 in Japan but need to spend $20 in shipping. The reel uses bushings instead of bearings but those can be changed out for DIY micros for like $9. I'm not sure what market there is for $44 finesse casting reel with bushings but I'll be on the look out to pick one up cheap to tune up and play with at some point.

That Bass Rise should be interesting. I know the Revo ALX has a super light spool with linear mags similar to it, but it has mixed reviews on casting. Either way for around $50 12.6 gram spool is nice.

I have heard rumor of a new Power pro Line, Maybe V2? I heard Zona mention it during his Live show item Feider. Anyone know anything about it?

It's mentioned in the new article about the Curado DC here on TT.

Zona is now fishing with Seaguar so he must have mentioned the Power Pro early last year. Seaguar has a new braid coming out that is pretty sick.

I even showed my wife that and she laughed. Sad that Duo is bringing it (I think). Sent that to a friend who used to always joke when someone asked what he was using on a good day. He'd say a deep diving buzzbait, topwater alabama, 36" Huddleston, 5oz finesse jig, etc. He replied "no way" to actual topwater A-rig.

Guessing since no one has ever or could ever trademark the name A-Rig. You can call it what you want.

If River to Sea can call this a buzzbait then no reason you can’t call something with multiple wire arms and/or hooks and it floats an A-Rig.

Oh and if it catches fish who cares what the hell its called.

I just watched a guy from Alabama Cash a 100K check using a bait called a trd.

TRD'S are legit. Better believe if the topwater alabama catches anything like the orginal they will sell and I will be laughing as I am casting it...

I just saw the Berkley releases on Bassmaster. Is it just me or did they just copy every top bait out there and give them stupid names. They will probably win best hardbait, softbait, rod and reels again  .
