Skirt tieing

I had someone show me years ago how to tie silicone jig skirts on a vice with thread. Does anyone know of a video or article that would serve as a good refresher? Any other tips or the best place to buy skirt material would be appreciated.

Google is your friend. There are countless videos on using thread or wire to tie skirts and flies.
