Majorcraft MS-X 65 L with Shimano Aldebaran BFS XG. I have 6 lb fluro on it now and landed a 5+ lb largemouth with that and 1/8 oz jig recently. That setup is my dedicated BFS and it is fun catching fish with that--especially hooking into something with size.

MB Super Eiger with MB Zonda Hedgehog reel. I love this setup with 8 lb line for Keitech shiners and light t-rigs and found out this winter that it works the smaller ripbaits--trick darters, vision jr, etc really well.

I have a megabass evo f5.5 68xti paired with a alphas sv and 12lb invisx. I'll throw everything that Isn't topwater with it.

The one I grab if I want the maximize the fun factor with big smiles minutes later is my ultralight tackle:

a 6'9" St. Croix Ultralight spinning rod, fast tip,

mounted with a Shimano 1000 series Ci4+ reel,

strung with 2 lbs. Sufix Nanobraid straight (not Berkley's Nanofil, though I like it, too) . . . no leader,

and, I use a a .7 gram jig head (1/40th oz.) with a 2" curly tail grub a lot of the time.

Lake, ponds, rivers, creeks . . . all fair game!

Small LMBs, white bass, crappie, bluegill, redear and a few more (I caught a large shad the other day)!

16 Aldebaran BFS XG(or insert your choice of the latest UL Finesse baitcaster)
Major Craft Finetail 542UL.

So fun to fish, one handed casting with pin point accuracy.. just a flick of the wrist or elbow. If you drive by a creek or stream holding fish just hop out of the car and start casting 8-)

my Blast to fish fun factor set ups is a fully upgraded pixzilla liberto mica on a Daiwa Tatula Casting Rod 7' Med Lt. I have several rods and reels but this is the one that goes with me every time out.

These two have been working well for me lately :big grin:

Curado 51e (7.7 Brenious gear set with carbon drag washers, AirHD bearings Avail handle and gun metal accent pieces) currently 40lb power pro for TW paired with an X4 Cyclone.

09' aldebaran (avail honeycomb spool, 8lb sniper , Air bearings) paired with 16' Hien. Lots if DS work as of late but that will change.

Negative ghost rider. I believe all 16' destroyers are 1 piece aside from 7'11" which is telescoping.
