Excellent Customer Service

I wanted to give props to shimano for some great customer service. I placed a parts for a Calcutta TE that I am rebuilding. The pinion gear that I needed didn't show up in the mail. When I called Shimano they informed me that I had a 0 next to it when I placed the order. Shimano then sent me the pinion gear for free. I have definitely had my share of bad experiences with customer service in the fishing industry but not this time, keep up the good work Shimano. =D>

Same experience here. Shimano is top notch. I have had such good experiences with their reel servicing program too.
