SA reels

Post by Brookie » Wed Feb 04, 2004 12:07 am

Fellas, I'm back again yet with another question.
SA makes great lines, but how about their reels?
I just fell in love with their extremely LIGHTWEIGHT
fly reel. Any comments would be appretiated.

Which lightweight reel are you looking at? SA makes a lot of good lightweight reels, but their new 2LA is ported out to the max. For anything under 6wt it is definately nice to have a lightweight reel, that still offers some semblance of a drag. Problem is the 2LA doesnt come in any really small sizes since it is a true large arbor.
