Fly rods for different species

Hi guys,
I'm looking for suggestions on what weight of fly rod to use for different fish. I would also like to get suggestions from any of you that have favorite brands and models to suggest. I have a limited budget, so keep that in mind. I want value. Here are the applications I want. I would like to know your suggestions for these fish. Bluegill, Catfish, and Carp. Could I use one rod for panfish and double up the next rod to handle both catfish and carp? Please tell me what weight you would use for these applications.
