good fly lines and leader for trout?

im a newbie flyfisherman and i dont want to lose fish because of bad equipment. so any tips on fly lines and leaders would be great. the species that i am targeting are trout up to 5kilos and smaller fish like grayling and char. the LW is 4 and 7.

go with the Rio Selective Trout line in a WF4 or DT4, and the Rio Nymph line for your 7 wt. I also love the rio leaders and tippet, as well as frog hair tippet. The best trout leader/tippet sizes are 3x-5x, and for the char I would stick with 2x or 3x.
