3:16 rising son color option?

Post by jiggerjake » Tue Jan 05, 2016 4:12 am

Going to order a 3:16 Rising son in 61/2". I'm in the Northeast(Pa.) and would like a few color recommendations for the area.I may start with something like Hitch or Ayu. Would like to hear what colors others have luck with.

I've only got the black and green trout. I use the black at night and the green trout during the day in SoCal. I know smallmouth like white baits and I use a lot of other similar baits in white. I wouldn't be afraid to try white or any light color during a bright windy day.

Not sure of your forage but most of the colors are pretty quiet. Ayu is semi bright with the yellow spot and a bit of a odd color IMO.

Bluegill is a sweet color as is carp. All the trout are nice too

Thanks,I think I read on their FB page that "carp" was the number one seller last year.

other than the color options, how do they hold up on fish? and the actions of the swim?
