Hows the 185 working out for you on MN bass? I tend to do better on the smaller swimbaits and really want to try the 135B instead.

Only threw it out once. Didn't like the I-slide as it looks rather fragile compared to my other swimbaits (slammers, Deps, 316).
Do not be afraid to throw baits larger than the 135. Most of my swimbait bass this year came on a 9" slammer. Smallest fish on it came in at around 1.5#

I just ordered 3 of them in Amago, Crystal Shad II, and Minazuki Ayu colors $43 each, There is still a few good months of fishing left in MN before it gets too cold to take the boat out.

Any more feedback on these? I'm looking to pick up the 135 in GLX Akame.

I have had good luck with the 175 for pike. I have Deps, roman made, and other baits and these are the only ones that sit level in the water while pausing/falling for me (without modding). The hooks are sharp but not very strong and tend to bend out on me. I will be replacing all of the hooks and rings with owners for the spring, just need to get out my scale and find some that weigh the right amount. The price is right too as they can be had for half of the cost of the new Deps 175's which are also injected.

They swim well in my opinion and I recently bought a couple more of the limited colors as the bright ones work well where I fish.

It looks like they are planning a larger 262mm size.

Whoa, that 262 looks enormous compared to the 185 next to it

I wonder if there is a way to order the web limited colors they are showing when not in Japan? The silver salmon 185 has been a great color for me and I would/will probably get a pink back one too.

I'll check the dealer product list and let you know the available colours bud.

Yes, the silver salmon is a good year-round color. It is a little more subtle color. We have amazing holdover and stocked trout on Diamond Valley Lake with a very pronounced pink line down the middle of their sides, and the Japanese manufacturers of big baits all seem to want to make their baits pink in an attempt to cater to our market. I think they go a little overboard. I like a little red in most of my baits (like the silver salmon) but the pinks are a bit gaudy for most applications for bass. Fortunately, I would guess that you musky and lake trout guys out there have more use for the brighter colored swimbaits.
