Best leader option

Post by angry john » Fri Jan 04, 2013 10:16 am

What is the best option for fishing swim baits. I normally fish a fluorocarbon leader, but have read discussions of using mono, co-poly or just tying direct. What is the best way? If there are conditions that change the best please explain.

Its really up to what you feel comfortable with. I use 30lbs flouro leader in fresh and 40 in salt. I use a slim beauty to connect to my 40lbs braid.
