This is a version of the famous Shinner's grip that we use in the South and is called Inverted SRG. I hope will qualify for the giveaway contest.
This is also my first fish on the Shell Cracker Floater.
Hit the local pond after work, temperature at 76 degrees, clear, wind of 10 m/h and stained water. On my 3rd cast a fish got shorty as I started jerking the lure, she was about 6 f from shore on the opposite side. I casted again at the same spot, as soon as the rings disappeared she blasted it. It came to 4.8 lbs.

Awesome Cracker Fish Lubina... I can't tell from the picture.. is the thumb on the outside or inside..

You do have a nice fish, giving Murphy the finger, some upside down move with the arm/wrist and the look... ;)

What do you guys think?????

Well, I'm a rookie on the subject but I would have to say that from my guessed angles, the thumb would be on the inside of the fish, thus would not be a Shinner's Reverse Grip.

However, It's a heck of a fish right there. The grip is clearly a digression from the original.

Maybe Lobina can bribe me to vote "yes"....like giving me that cracker :D

This is my first true swimbait bass. I caught her tonight just before sundown on a Matt's Ultimate Pumpkinseed swimbait. I was fishing flooded timber in 20 ft of water just swimming the lure about a foot under the surface when she came up and ate it with in 5 feet of the boat. My scale was not working but I estimated her at 4-5 pounds.
