Every single jerkbait in the market today is a knock off of the Rapala Original Floating Minnow under that school of thought, same thing can be said about spinnerbaits, crankbaits, soft plastics, there´s plenty for everyone to make money manufacturing "knock offs".

Hey T Mike the tail on that gill is made of what ? it looks like the gel material used on the LC Real California, if I ever happen to get one can I store it safely with other baits being shure it won´t or be melted melted away by the tail found in my Jointed Claws & Monster Jacks cuz ? them tails ain´t easy to find and replace with me being on the other side of the border.

Raul, It's not quite the same thing as the Lucky Craft tail material. I will say that it's more durable than most of the other plastics I have dealt with. The bait weighs around 3 oz or so. I'm just guessing here as I don't have a scale on me. Thanks for your support :)

mike, those baits look good! im not too keen on the tail tho - is that the only color/style thats going to be available? and i cant really tell from the photo how it is attached to the body - how does the replacement work?

bpm, If these baits sell I am positive they will come in more tail colors. They wanted to put lexan for a tail but I kinda like the plastic better. So you can blame me for the lack of color in the tail LOL. One thing you can do is kinda dye the tail into a darker color if you like. I don't know how it's done but I'm sure there is a creative way to color the tail.

On the flip side I've never been a stickler for exact colors on swimbaits. To me it's always been about the big profile and the action. Not saying you don't have a valid point because you do. Just my theory on it. I am sure that if the bull breams sell I won't have to twists anyone's arm at Reaction Strike to make things happen.

T Mike wrote:xxlbass, Let me talk about the "few" changes aka differences that you stated in your last post.

1. Bull Bream is 2 joints Cracker is one
2. Bull bream is significantly thinner than the Cracker'
3. Bull bream has a spring to retain the tail cracker has lexan
4. Bull bream has a soft tail cracker has lexan
5. Bull Bream weighs alot less than the cracker
6. Bull bream comes in different colors.
7. Bull Bream is priced in the upper 20's Cracker is upper 50's
8. Bull bream action is significantly different than the Shell Cracker
9. Bull bream was designed by ME thats how I know these things.

I don't own an Shell Cracker but I know for a fact it's a GREAT bait. I am going to be buying one soon for myself as these baits are very different

Now the bull bream is made by the same company as the Shell Cracker. That is why you see some similarities in the facial carvings and similiar painting styles.

Here are the colors that they are coming out with.

So, what you are saying is that it's mass produced in China and you designed it for reaction strike?
