What will it take to put the handle from a Curado k onto my Curado e7’s?

Swept drag star, or modify your E's drag star. If you would like a modified one drop me a PM. Brian.
Are you fishing or aimlessly casting around?

You would have to modify the drag star as previously stated. There is no room for the swept handle to clear and you cannot simply bend the star prongs down. They will need to be filed or sanded down.

Will the star drags from the k to the e swap out, to allow for the swept handle of the k onto the e?

No they are different in size and will not fit. The E has a very short side plate to bring the handle closer to the body. This is essentially why swept handles are used. If you are not trying to change the length of the handle, you will not gain anything other than appearance.
