Scorpion 70 spool and side plate interchange on scorpion BFS

Does anyone know if I can interchange the spool and side plate of the Scorpion 70 on my Scorpion 70 BFS?

I'm not sure.. I'm at our SC office for the next two weeks and do not have contact with the person I need to ask hat can check.

Our QC engineer said it will not work. He said the spool shaft is different and the pinion gear as well as the other parts.
