Walked into Shimano with my Zodias rod that had the lock nut come apart due to the epoxy coming apart and literally the next day I received a new one at my door step. Unbelievable service , thankyou Shimano !

All good , I know you’re busy with all ends of the spectrum. Maybe when I come into pick up the reel I’m getting serviced I can say hello. I do have a exsence 3000mhg that needs a new line roller I was gonna take in. Only had this thing for a few weeks but anything can happen I suppose , the retrieve is very nice though .

I would like to see that. The Exsence has a different line roller bearing design and is sealed heavily. I suspect a rough bearing out of the gate. I will be in the office for the next month or so. Make sure you ask for me. I am here until 2pm every day.
