Another satisfied long time customer. I previously posted on here for help with my SECOND HAND Curado 70 brake dial.
long story short this reel came to me as partial payment for someone loosing my gear. I ended up sending it in to Shimano knowing that I was completely responsible for repairs needed. I called in to see that the bill was to my surprise the gentleman told me that they were taking care of it for me.
For years I've heard of Shimano's exceptional customer service and never doubted it, to Bantam and the rest of your staff
