I have no idea. We do not have a Nasci 500 here for me to test fitment.

Will there be anymore 500 series reels offered here (besides the Sienna) in America in the future?

Yes there will be some 500 size models released later this year.

It is highly doubtful we will see a 500 size reel above the Nasci price point.
