Most of my older Shimanos get smoother with age. And I know people that have been maintaining their B series Curados fairly well, and have never needed to change gear sets. Thats a pretty good amount of time and abuse, compared to whats being made today.

The more reels i switch to krytox 227...the more I like it.
always used yamalube for probably 10 -15 years....but now I only use corrosion x and krytox
