Thanks for all the insight you provided all of us over the years! You are a great representative for Shimano and its companies. you will be deeply missed :( You always took the time in your busy schedule to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner, even when you were not in the office) very dedicated! I personally will miss your dry sense of humor!
Hope you let the new guy what he was getting into!
