Can I change the drive gear for a Curado 1010D?

I would like to change the original drive gear of Curado 101D, part BNT3375, for another aluminum gear because the original is done in other material.
Can I do it ?

When we still had Calais 201-5 gears it could be done, but the material is brass alloy. These parts have been discontinued and are no longer available.

I find this part number BNT1514 i read that you can use instead BNT3375 is the same material that you said and it cost less, could you tell me if this number part is ok aswell?
Is necesary to put a brass alloy pinion gear?

Yes you can use BNT1514 and BNT2621 as a matched set. You should always replace the gears as a set. This is a brass replacement gear set with a 6.2:1 gear ratio.

If you want to stay with the aluminum main gear then you will need BNT3375 and BNT3377. The pinion gear material is different so that it will work correctly with the aluminum main gear.

Do not use a brass main gear with the BNT3377 pinion gear. You will have problems with the gears wearing very quickly.
