broken rod

i happen to break my shimano crucial the other day. And was wondering how long it could take to have shimano send me one back? my local tackle shops dont do the over the counter warranty unfortanally.

Once we receive the rod it will take 1-2 days to process the warranty and place the order. After that it is shipping time, Depending on your location it could be 1-4 days.
