Curado 200 D anti reverse bearing removal?

Post by JBA » Thu Jul 19, 2007 8:31 pm

I was trying to remove the anti reverse bearing from the side plate I could not get it to budge at all. Is there an easy way to remove this and which side of the side plate does it slide out?

The bearing should slide out towards the handle side. The factory has been addind a small amount if adhesive to hole the bearing in place. You can use a 10 mm nut driver and a hammer to lightly tap the bearing out of the side plate.

Very little lubrication is needed. The bearing can slip if you use too much oil. The best way is to put some of our oil on a Q-tip and lightly swab the surface of the rollers or inner tube.
