ATTN Bigfish2!!

Post by Bantam1 » Thu Jul 19, 2007 8:06 am

I have the answer to your Cumara question:

Bigfish2 asked:
Jeremy how is the durability of the foam on the cumara...not as dense as hypalon right?
And what lure weight is the CUC-72MH rated for? will this rod be sufficient for ikas and larger worms with weights up to 3/4?

It seems that the line up is lacking that 1/4 to 3/4 rod and the rod rated to 1oz may be slightly too heavy

Thanks
I had a lot of input on the MH model rod. I worked closely with Robby Gant to designed the action for use with the Ika more than anything (I am an Ika whore). It works well with Senkos, 3/8-1/2 jigs (Great 3/8-1/2 jig rod) and almost anything else. I believe this is the best all around rod in our Cumara line up.

This rod is rated for 10-17 pound line and 1/4-3/4 ounce lures. I would go to the X72MH for 1 ounce lures. [/quote]

Very Very much appreciated! Seems that this rod will be perfect for my intended applications. :)

Also, do you have any info on the curado 301 release. I asked the q again in the tackle forum so you may want to update it if ya know anything yet
