DC system tuning

Post by HellaBread » Sun Feb 18, 2024 4:03 pm

TIL guys in japan were using arduino boards to reprogram the dc microcontroller with custom firmware they wrote to adjust the braking profile and re-enable the sound on the infamously mute 11 scorpion dc/dc7. This was mostly done back around 2013/2015ish and unfortunately none of the software is usable anymore. Just thought this was neat enough to share

Welp i lucked out and found a guy in japan selling a reprogrammed dc unit. So now I got what I always wanted an E framed DC that’s no longer choked for distance and now makes the dc hum we all know and love
