Strpped Reel down to frame

As stated its clean and bone dry to frame. No need to talk bearings just other advise. The shimanos come with grease under base of handle shaft where the bearing is located. I think this is for water/corrosion as its lowest part of reel. Do u re pack it? I'm gonna clean these every 3 months cuz I fish a lot so I think I'm gonna leave my clean. 2nd question, the plastic worm and handle gear any grease or dry? Light grease on yoke posts? And last on the clutch the metal part the thumb bars attached too, on the shimanos these ride on a pc of like delrin that can be removed and replaced so I dont think I need to grease the metal clutch?
