hedgehog Air Bfs bearings

When you guys switch from standard bearings to Air Bfs do you guys run them dry or use a drop of oil in them?

They come with Alchemy Oil in them. Using a drop of the low viscosity Alchemy Oil every so often is recommended. Thats what I do.

Hobie is correct and while HH does not advise against running them dry, they do advocate running them with their light oil which is pre-applied.
These are stainless steel micro balls. In principal you want a lubricant on SS. In my general research of bearings, I've found where there are senario's where dry SS bearings are called for, and used. It is clearly pointed out though that you will recieve a significant reduction in bearing life. Ceramics not as much.
