Daiwa Alpha 150/Advantage Clicking cast control mod

Had a Cabela's PRC201(AKA Daiwa Alpha 150HL) that I had kicking around. I just had to try!!
Made a fixture to securely hold the handle side plate. Also made a tool to machine the clearance needed.

This may also work on the Alpha/Sol/Pixy?? But I haven't got the $$ to purchase one yet. Fingers crossed it will work with some adjustments.

Great.... Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in my response.
I now have 2 of the SV105’s and would love to be able have my spool tension knob have a fine adjustment click to it.
Keep me posted.
What spool tension knobs fit the 105SV ?
Steez ? TD-Z? zillion ?
