Can anyone identify this drag star?

I have 2 of these Daiwa dragstars. Anyone know which reel they come from?
Also, the handle collar is too small. What size handle collar do I need? Part number?
And finally, this looks like cheap plastic, am I right?

That is either the Alphas SV star or the SS SV star. I cant tell from the pic, but it looks matte black. If its matte black, its from the SS SV. If shiny-painted black, its from the Alphas SV. Part # for the correct collar is H66-1701. And yes, its cheap plastic.
