I have several Gen 1 Revo Premiers. On one of them the retainer nut or the thread on the shaft, or both, are partially stripped, making it hard to tighten down on the nut to keep the handle from getting loose.
Is there a shop that can clean up these threads, and maybe make a replacement nut that will fit the recut threads?

Re: Handle shaft rethread
Just replace the shaft. Should be $25 or so for the part.

Re: Handle shaft rethread
Update:
I just installed my new handle shaft and bottom bearing from Abu on my Revo Premier Gen 1 reel.
I had called Abu and spoke with a tech guy to be sure I got the right stuff.
It took me all of 45 minutes to swap everything out, including regreasing the main gear, and it cost me $12+-.
Abu Garcia has great service!
Thank you cndbasshunter for the suggestion.
