boca bearing service

Post by mark poulson » Thu Nov 16, 2017 9:15 am

I needed some bearings for one of my reels, and I found them on the Boca Bearing site. When I was unable to get my order to register in my online shopping cart, I called the 800 number that is on my ten+ year old Boca Bearing mouse pad.
I reached Mihi (sp) and he took my order on the phone. No hassles.
What a pleasure to deal with a company that gives good service.

True that, they sent me the wrong bearings once, gave them a call and they fixed me up really fast.

Phone must be the way to go. I tried contacting the rep here that used to be on the Boca subforum about a pair of spool pin pliers that the pin broke through the backside of the jaws. Also emailed them. That was two years ago, and still waiting on a response.
At least I still have my ReelSpeed pliers...
