Daiwa Lexa 100 problems

Whats up guys its been awhile....

Ive had the Lexa for about a month and a half or so now and the thumb bar will not re-engage with a handle turn. Also the casting distance has tremendously decreased over the last week or so. I took it apart completely and everything seems to be fine...cleaned up all the parts...regreased and lubed the common areas, and flushed the bearings. Everything still seems fine, but the reel doesnt work.....I dont get it....anyone else having these problems?
