Curado 200e7 vs Citica 200e

Anyone know the difference between the Curado BNT 3927 and Citica BNT 2170 ball bearing. Also, can you the Roller Clutch Bearing on the Citica 200e, BNT 3947, be swapped out for the on in the Curado 200e7, BNT 3910?
