The IMX is on it's way back to Loomis. The Rod has some defects on the Right side of the 3 guides and a small dent were you insert the 2 pieces together.

We will wait to see what they say

It's back it's wonderful. I say IMX all the way! Light as a bass rod! Strong enough to pull in a shark! Just hold it you'll know what I'm talking about!

Thank you G.loomis For the NEW ROD! =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> :big grin:

lol wow! went all out on the video haha. i thought it was gonna be a video of you using the thing. i love my IMX surf too. i'm having to relocate for my new job so i have to sell mine at a hugeee discount but whatever. ill get it back soon enough

after fishing my first winter at lake texoma with my IMX surf, Tiralejo, and Avid surf, I gotta say the IMX surf handled the best when the big stripers came in. it was the lightest of the three to cast. casting distance was equal, to me anyways, b/w the IMX surf and Tiralejo. I preferred the sensitivity of the bite on the IMX surf most as well.

glad to hear gloomis took care of ya. charging that price tag they should. nevertheless, the product speaks for itself for factory produced rods. enjoy.
