Fishing Rules for Overseas?

Hey all,
I'm about to take a trip to the US Virgin Islands and wanted to know the rules/ laws about fishing inshore and from beaches. I was hoping that somebody on this forum could guide me in the right direction as far as personal knowledge or where I can look up the info. Thanks!
