Rod Tip Protector ???

I'm looking for a Rod Tip Protector, it's a cone shape with a hole in it, made of plastic you put on your line and push it down on the swivel to save your rod tip, when your reel in your line, they come in colors and sizes. Pro Bass had them in the Salt Water Catalog last year, not this year. THANKS
