I’ve been looking for same color frame screws and I can’t tell what the sizes are on the website. I ordered the first time eyes open and the second time eyes closed but both yielded the same results.

What website? Hedgehog studios currently has them in stock.

Guys I found more purple.

I picked up this turd gen MGX for a little under $100 with one of the new Daiwa handles on it from bass.co.jp. it was missing the carbon handle and bass.co.jp just sticks one the new knob type 84mm on reels missing their stock handle. I bought it for the IVCB 4 centrifugal race. I have an Elite IB I put an ICVB spool in and needed the race.

I also have a bunch of parts laying around for Daiwa and Abu reels so I wanted the make use of the parts and one of the Aliexpress spools. I was able to resuse the IB's original carbon handle and replaced the stock IB knobs with Ray's Studio cork knobs for Abu in purple. I already had the purple and carbon Ray's drag star for Daiwa so I was able to use that on the Abu after removing the clicker mechanism to make it fit. I also picked up a purple spool tension knob off Aliexpress.

I discovered that the MGX uses a more narrow spool platform than other Revos and that none of the Aliexpress spools would fit. I ended up getting an Avail spool for $100 in purple that fits. I just need the magnetic components for the palm plate and I will have a linear mag brake UL capable MGX.

Rod is some $20 Lurekiller thing off Aliexpress with a solid carbon tip.
