Couple more... as per usual craftsmanship is amazing everything fits as it should very snug I really dig this style of Rod storage, this ratchet or wrench type roll thing is pretty neat but I also really like the harder type zipped cased that the X4 Secret Service came in as well. I love that they add the little dots to line everything up just a fun little detail they MB adds. I cannot wait to get this thing on the water. The travel rods have served me very well especially in Kauai they were very fun, and super convenient, freaking cool and practical. I hope Megabass does some heavier rods in a four-piece configuration [-o< Many thanks again to Gary and Bryan at 3T!!

Nice pick up. I was eyeballing the 2 piece Black Themis. Unfortunately, I'm just to set in my ways, and finally found an above average 2 piece blank that won't break the bank. Hydra doesn't have them on the menu, but he's going to manufacture one for me. Might still get the BT XXX down the road, or perhaps a Jade Python. How's that 4 piece blank tickle your fancy aside from appearance?

Honestly I really dig the four-piece blanks I wasn't sure, but was happily surprised with the Secret Service cyclone!. That was a no-brainer for me in going with a multi-piece configuration for the first time because I love the cyclone model in almost any series, but the fit and build is megabass all the way. clean beautiful almost damn perfect. The blanks in my opinion really don't suffer in action from being multi piece and I don't know if that's because of the technology in the way megabass builds their rod or if that's a question of subjectivity on the subject of sensitivity :D but I love the action non the less. I imagine I will really like the regular action of the BE2 4pc :big grin: I think what turned me off initially like most people is just the way the rods look when in assembled configuration. The lines somehow didn't agree with me but then when I go with my practical thinking and after using the rod you really kind of forget about all that and really appreciate the rod for what it is and my opinion does it supremely well considering it's a multi-piece blank. My second multi piece is only a two piece but it is a Hyuga 6'4". I break it down and put that in my 45" aluminium tube case by Sage and I take that with me aboard the plane! I love that Hyugas super fun, practical and deceivingly beautiful !! I to tried the black themis before, didn't really fit for what I needed so I definitely look forward to giving the XXX line another go but with the four piece configuration of the BE2 :big grin:

Few more pics, got her out to fling some lures. Mainly 1/2oz shock blade with little dipper trailer. Did that with 10lb P-Line Floroclear. Felt real nice throwing that!! Next did some whopper plopper in the 3/8oz 90 version I believe. Did well there :big grin: No fish today, a bit chilly. Merry Christmas!

Couole more....look forward to getting more thrown on her. As most probably already know a very good moving bait, blades especially type stick. Feels like
it will make a fine weightless plastic and lighter jig/t rig rod as well. Seems like a jerkbaits worker too. I will certainly test them as well as shallower medium pulling diving plugs. Like the namesake she feels like a great multi game player for it's given specifications.

Thats a tight rod! And boulder is great place to try it out, too.

That ninja setup is great for private golf course here in the valley, early in the morning, in the cover of darkness :D

Introducing a bonus level up in the 2 piece SLM-66MH code name Salamandia. I cannot find too much about this Rod, other than being for Snakehead game?
Well now it's in my hands so it'll be for whatever game I use it for :big grin: Here's a few pictures along with my 6'4" Hyuga also 2 piece. This Sage case is awesome as I carry it with me on the plane which is pretty slick. I believe I mentioned that before but I like that I can travel with some good gear without too much bother

A coupe more. She feels pretty nice like a good little jig rod I feel like it's a fast tip I could be wrong I don't know what it's designated but it feels cool and like it'll be practical and useful that's for sure Big Top Waters blades deep cranks will probably be nice on it I look forward to trying it :big grin:

Good shot of the ferrule connection along with some other shots at the craftsmanship. Is Rod hits a lot of check marks for me I dig that it has sexy double guides, medium heavy for MB and it's travel capable! Bang bang boogey \:D/ I really like the cracked copperish gold which is reminiscent of the IS reels in their cracked painted schemes. Really fun build as usual for megabass other than being a bit tip heavy I think this is going to be a sweet little rod :big grin:
