I'm like 8 years late on the whole GoPro thing, but I have been messing with it some this year. I really appreciate the apps GoPro provides, with templates for your videos, it's made it super easy. I'm looking forward to messing with some of the more advanced apps soon, but for now...

That’s a good edit for just learning the apps. I’m in the same boat. Just now figuring out the program for my Sony action cam.

it's a canned edit feature. i basically just pick the clips i want mashed together and the app does the rest. Pretty legit. Copyright laws prevent me from using my own music on platforms like Instagram/Youtube/Facebook, so i just upload it to the GoPro site.

Sounds like I need to ditch the action cam and get go pro. Sounds like they make it pretty simple to where even a dummy like me could figure it out.

Nice video. I also like the editing. You don't see that kind of stuff in most fishing videos. Very well done.

Check out the Garmin VIRB Ultra 30. That's what I use and it's pretty sweet. Voice control and the ability to connect to your phone for a live feed is nice.
