My addermine just came in last week and it is a true work of art. Would take it over the nrx 852s i has previously any day of the week!

I much prefer the smaller "I" shaped knob for finesse applications and overall comfort. Anything spinning is finesse to me and I won't be needing the leverage.

This is what I thought would look best, the Curado 70 style knob is the "I" shaped knob right??? If so, that style or the same as the Ci4+FB but with a black cap would be awesome I think for the Exsence.

Shimano is on to something with these dust black finished reels (Exsense and Curado K). Man they look sharp.

This knob works perfect, the knob is actually darker then the pic shows.

I love this new Exsence and the black stealth color! I had to build an all black "tactical" rod to go with it.

Beautiful!! Is the Addermine fast and powerful enough for a dedicated shakey head rod?

I would say it depends on the amount of weight you use for shakey head, up to 1/4oz plus plastic I would say yes.

I use mine for Dropshoting and small jerkabaits for river trout.
My 852 NRX is what I use most for shakeyhead.

Yes, 3/16 and 1/4oz plus plastic. I handled the Addermine today at the Bassmaster Classic. Felt really nice.
