Think 5 out of 7 (2 shook off at the yak) when all said and done. Yes I still don't have a scale  . 2 on D/S 1/4oz ds weight, 2/0 gammie finesse hook with KVD dream shot. The Hien finally pulled through. Short work of some hard fighters. Not too bad but skinny specimens there, very worthy adversaries though. Next up was weed/grass poking and prodding with the 30th Fisto IS63 GI. 40lb power pro with a belly weight .25 oz with 6/0 gammie swimbait hook. Skinny Dippers did the trick there. Last for the trifecta of cherry popping was the 2015 X4 Secret Service Cyclone and deep little N. Enjoy the pictures.... I am whooped after 4.5hrs of water time. Arms are going to feel it tomorrow.

I see you took advantage of Saggies abundance offerings as of late! I hit Sag two weeks ago during the monsoon and I took out over 30 bass in a two day period , 11 of which were over 5 lbs and a few near 10lbs, a lot within the 2-3lbs range, and of course.... dinkers.

I stop scaling fish if it wasn't near 10 lbs :) Ill post pics once I get them uploaded onto a different site other than photobucket.

But yeah, i was punching the hydrilla with a once jig and using a vision one-ten+1 at the Marina. Such a small lake but has a lot to offer when the timing is right. The weird thing is that the lake is highly pressured, too.

Good job. Criss and I love your gear :)

Have been having decent luck there in deeper water with grass. Any of the usual submerged points with grass have been holding fish. Bite has been SLOW though.

If they're flowing water, head up river and try a spinner, or hard and soft jerk baits :-) My goal was to learn to punch this year but taht didn't happen.

I usually head up river in the AM, then go out deep when the sun gets higher.

I'm in a black/yellow charger feel free to say hello if you ever see it.
