So I take it you like red? I'm a sucker for anything on the Alphas platform.....good job!
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Awesome, but I like your green one a tad better.
Now, how do they fish?? Being another guy who finds the Aplhas, Zonda, Pixy platforms to fit my hand nicely. Love the form, how's the function? Say, compared to a Zonda.

Hogsticker2 seems to really like his. I haven't fished mine yet. We have been really busy at work. They've been working me like a rented mule. So, I've been on the tired side on my days off. Green is my favorite color, so I am partial to the green one too.Hogsticker2 wrote:I picked up the green illusion. I wasn't expecting much improvement over the standard Alphas SV from a functional standpoint, but I have to say I think it feels more refined / connected and casts with even a touch more ease. I think the white limited edition could look really nice when dressed well. I think these reels should have come standard with an Ito or other carbon handle, ditch the Zaion knobs in favor for some Megabass corks, and I'm not a big fan of the stock drag star. It's a little boring and big.
