**2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
**2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
Hello fellow TTers,
The SFMS is finally here. Classy, super slick looking shortie staff! I will get other pictures out and fishing opinions when she gets water time. Please help a fellow TTer out with a reel option Here are my choices. One of these will likely get a nice stretch of time on The SFMS. Thanks to GW and the folks at TTT for the SFMS!! nevermind the bed, laundry day

Re: **2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
Thanks Cristo
That Megabass Racing Illusion IS pairs beautifully with some Megabass Hyper Cork Knobs and a Nautilus!! I have an Ito 103HL on my Black Jungle Shallow Fast Move Special with some Hedgehog accent pieces and the new G1 Duralumin Zillion SV TW Spool and it's a GREAT combo. Enjoy that rod, it really is a lot of fun to fish no matter which reel you decide to put on it...

Either one of those reels should work well. A megabass zonda would also be a very nice match for that rod.
Thanks for the epiphany captain obvious
Re: **2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
zonda HH is now taking over Nautilus duties bumping the all black 2010 Hyper Lariat off so that one would be in the mix but I prefer 6.3 gears RI and Ito have. Per GW the Ito needs and orange SV spool

A 6.3 reel sounds good on the moving special, both of those reels should work well. My favorite crankbait etc reel is the 6.3Cristo wrote:zonda HH is now taking over Nautilus duties bumping the all black 2010 Hyper Lariat off so that one would be in the mix but I prefer 6.3 gears RI and Ito have. J Dream. I think that the green zpi spool would look better. This one isn't mine but to give you and idea of what it would look like. You could get a sv spool for the RI. http://tackletrap.com/index.php?main_pa ... s_id=10088

okay Ito it is, 10lb p-line floroclear, and to start off a 3/8oz Deep Little N and move on to different divers and square bills etc. I will no doubt like a new spool sv or something fun shortly down the road but didn't want to wait so on the OG gigas it be going to try tonight or tomorrow night.

Re: **2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
I use my SFMS for moving baits...squarebills, shallow to mid cranks, etc. It's an absolute gem of a rod! I would have also chosen the Ito out of those two. I have mine paired with a Conquest 101HG/12# Fluorocarbon and it's an insane combo! Now put some U40 on that cork and go have a blast, man!
Re: **2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
so she was christened last night. obviously a bit more powerful than the x4 cyclone that I love. easy to see now that cyclone is rated 4 while the SFMS is a 4.5. She handled the Deep little Ns really wel l will get back to you folks when I throw other techniques as I focused the DLNs. the results are pretty nice

Goldrod, I will take your prompt. going with 1/2oz shock blade with 3.5" little dipper. just tied it in and the rod handles that load with no problem going to give it a whirl along with rapala DT-10s, and yo zuri 3DB square bills tomorrow night. i will be sure to post my findings and hopefully some pics of some choice buckets!
Re: **2 reels for a Black Jungle SFMS**
I am no expert but what I know I have learned from experience and the Black Jungle SFMS is by far one of the best multi shut your mouth rods I have. I have an steez 103ha with 1016 spool and i can do everything i ever want to do with it.
Ive thrown mudsuckers by jackall and brought in fish from a long ways and I was like well thats a treble hook lure than I experimented with chatter baits.. Rod loads like nobodys business. Its by far one of the best purchases i've made. I've used square bills , spinnerbaits just about every sort of reaction bait and it continues to make me smile
Enjoy yourself man. I had a pxtr on it but the steez color pattern looked better...lol
it had more line cap with the 1016 spool so it got the nod
